Consumer mediation
Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to settling it amicably.
We are members of the Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice (CM2C), a mediator approved by the French commission for the assessment and supervision of consumer mediation.
