The house
Somewhere to settle, somewhere to set out from
Set in unspoilt countryside — oak woods, meadows, a view across to the Château de Biron — the house is both a place to settle into and the ideal base for exploring the Périgord and the Lot-et-Garonne.
It sleeps up to eight in comfort, with one bedroom on the ground floor and three upstairs. Three shower rooms and two separate WCs mean no queuing in the morning, even with a full house. Travel cots and high chairs are provided for the little ones.

The living spaces
A large sitting room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a table that seats all eight without anyone squeezing up. There is crockery in abundance — a detail our guests often mention.
Several of our guests have singled out the electric plancha for evening meals on the terrace, and the table-tennis table under the covered area for family afternoons.
Outdoors
The heated pool, at the heart of it all
A 4 × 9 m pool, heated, fenced and maintained, open from June to September. Around it, wide timber terraces offer somewhere for every mood — in the sun, in the shade, for lunch or for reading.
The private garden of 2,500 m² is well planted and opens onto open countryside. The Château de Biron stands out on the horizon. Linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are included in all our rates.
