Situation

This spacious house of 240 m² was built entirely in wood, in the heart of a quiet environment. But beware, nothing like a log cabin! It is a luxury villa offering very nice amenities and has everything to seduce with its large volumes, comfortable furnishings and contemporary decoration, both chic and sober. Its large bright rooms are very open to the outside, where you can enjoy just as much space, with 200 m² of terrace, a beautiful secure heated swimming pool with wooden deck, and a nice open view over the countryside.

The space

A spacious family house, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private heated pool (9x4m), a large terrace and garden.

There is a large kitchen in the middle of the house with direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a large living room, a small TV lounge, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, a laundry room with all household appliances, and toilets. A shower room equips the bedroom on the ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need ( stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker…).

The first floor consists of 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a private bathroom with shower and bath. Beds available : 1 bed 190 x 200, 1 bed 160 x 200 and 6 beds 90 x 200. You will have access to 3 baby beds and as many high chairs.

Each room offers access to the terrace or the balcony.

WiFi is available. On the terrace is also a table tennis.

All bedrooms feature a complete set of bedding: fitted sheets, quilt and quilt covers, 2 pillows and pillowcases per person.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 500 is required.

CHECK IN - OUT
Departure before 10am and arrival no earlier than 4pm. Minimum booking: 7 days. Adaptable if there is no rental before or after the stay.

PAYMENT
30% deposit online, balance 30 days before arrival.

ALL INCLUSIVE, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Sheets and household linen: beds made up, household linen and sheets, towels, bath sheets. Departure cleaning. No additional costs.

TOURIST TAX
Included in package.

CANCELLATION
100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. 50% if cancelled between 14 and 30 days before arrival. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

MISCELLANEOUS
Smoking is forbidden in the house. Pets not allowed.

”We loved our stay at this gorgeous holiday house. The pictures don’t do it justice, the house is spacious, stylish and was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room both inside and out for our two large families including 6 teenagers. The location is beautiful and there was plenty to do nearby. We enjoyed the evening food market in Villereal and a couple of restaurants. We had a great day canoeing and the kids had fun on the inflatable water park at Lake LOUGRATTE. We also enjoyed a couple of long walks using the maps and routes provided. Hervé was super helpful and a couple of minor issues were dealt with very promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending this great property to anyone!”
