Situation

Les Terrasses is a 4-star gîte with a unique style: a contemporary wooden building inspired by old tobacco drying sheds. It is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by forests and meadows, on the southern edge of the Dordogne, in the Lot-et-Garonne region.

A few kilometres away you'll find the bastide towns of Villeréal, Monflanquin and Monpazier, all of which have been voted among the most beautiful villages in France. This authentic corner of France offers stunning scenery, a rich historical heritage, outdoor activities, lively markets, good food and fine wines.

The house is ideal for a quiet break with the family or as a couple. Enjoy the large landscaped terraces, heated swimming pool, 2500m² garden and comfortable, tastefully decorated interiors. The bedrooms are cosy, the kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge invites you to relax. After a day exploring the Périgord, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries.

The space

Wooden house with air-conditioning, 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 3 shower rooms and a large lounge/dining room, heated secure pool.

Ground floor:

An air-conditioned master suite with access to the terrace and pool, shower.

Entrance hall, toilet and utility room with washing machine. Large living room of over 60 m² with open-plan kitchen. Smart TV and WIFI.

The bay windows give access to a 140 m² terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, kettle, coffee maker, blender, microwave.

First floor:

3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The master bedroom has a 160 × 200 double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two 80 × 200 single beds.

Outside:

Wide terraces around the house allow you to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day. The heated swimming pool (4 x 9 m) invites you to relax all year round. The 2,500 m² private garden, bordered by mature oak trees, offers views as far as Château de Biron. A footpath leads directly from the house through meadows and groves.

Children can run and play freely on the large lawn or in the shade of the trees.

Terms and conditions

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 500 is required.

CHECK IN - OUT
Departure before 10am and arrival no earlier than 4pm. Minimum booking: 7 days. Adaptable if there is no rental before or after the stay.

PAYMENT
30% deposit online, balance 30 days before arrival.

ALL INCLUSIVE, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Sheets and household linen: beds made up, household linen and sheets, towels, bath sheets. Departure cleaning. No additional costs.

TOURIST TAX
Included in package.

CANCELLATION
100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. 50% if cancelled between 14 and 30 days before arrival. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

MISCELLANEOUS
Smoking is forbidden in the house. Pets not allowed.
