The space

A spacious family house with air conditioning, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated pool.

On the other side of the hill, the Camping les Ormes, well known for its soothing atmosphere, will give you access to its premium services: a restaurant, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a children’s farm, a lake with a beach, ideal for fishing… Your children will also be able to take part in activities offered by the camping during the summer.

But perhaps you’d prefer to rest in the house, take a swim in the heated private pool (9x4m) or enjoy the large terrace and garden. When the night comes, turn on the plancha and enjoy the beautiful country-side sunset, with a glass of Monbazillac or Bergerac rosé.

You will enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet environment where quality of life and peace of mind predominate.

There is a large kitchen in the middle of the house with direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a large living room, a small multimedia TV lounge, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, a laundry room with all household appliances, and toilets.

A shower room equips the bedroom on the ground floor. The first floor consists of 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and a beautiful private bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a private bathroom with shower and bath, and a TV. Beds available : 1 bed 190 x 200, 1 bed 160 x 200 and 6 beds 90 x 200. You will have access to 3 baby beds and as many high chairs.

Each room offers access to the terrace or the balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need ( stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker…).

Internet access via WiFi is available. On the terrace is also a table tennis. Services and benefits of the Camping La Parenthèse – les Ormes are available to tenants of the villa du Fauquié .

All bedrooms feature a complete set of bedding: fitted sheets, quilt and quilt covers, 2 pillows and pillowcases per person.
